The team at Heavy Lift Forklifts recognise that a non-operational lift truck is costing you precious money. That is why we offer preventative maintenance plans to ensure that your lift truck runs at peak performance. However, on those occasions when repairs are needed, we are available six days a week to get your forklift truck back into service as soon as possible.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Also known as "PM" is recommended to be performed every 150-200 hours or every 3 months. At this level for an internal combustion unit. the engine oil and filter are changed and systems lubricated and maintenance checks completed. This includes visual and safety inspections and operational checks on the unit.

Electric forklift basic maintenance includes similar maintenance checks and service lubrication.

This schedule maintenance keeps your forklift running on schedule by detecting and repairing issues before they become a large problem and a big expense for your company.

FULL SERVICE

Full service is the most comprehensive service program ensuring the most uptime possible from your equipment. This is done by completing all factory recommended services at the proper intervals.

Included in this plan are: travel costs, parts, all labor, scheduled PM service visits, breakdown (emergency) repairs, replacement forklifts at a reduced rental cost if your forklift requires shop repair.
